Our Board of Directors has adopted governance principles and codes to ensure that Ormita conducts business with the utmost integrity and according to the highest ethical standards. We have also chartered an independent Board of Advisors whose purpose is to lead and focus Ormita in advancing our enterprise commitment towards social responsibility.
